What We Inspect

Controller/Timer and Supply Lines

We verify the irrigation system’s controller works as intended. While we do not adjust preset programs, we ensure that the controller responds appropriately to normal operating commands. We also check visible supply piping for leaks.

Sprinkler Heads and Pipes & Valves

The sprinkler heads are checked for damaged, misaligned, or missing components. The distribution manifold and any visible valves will also be inspected for proper functionality. This is usually done by running the system in a manual testing mode.

Adequate Water Flow Checks

While operating the system manually we will also make the effort to visually note any zone that has too high or too low of water flow. This is usually an indication of the irrigation system needing optimized by a qualified contractor or the manufacturer.
