We Won’t Leave You Wondering

We call out what matters, explain the why, and give you options.

Some inspectors hand you the report and you never hear from them again. Not us. With every residential inspection you receive a complimentary post-inspection consultation. Together we will review your report line by line, answer all your questions, and help you feel like a more knowledgeable, confident homeowner.

Residential inspection FAQs

Quick answers before you book

How long does an inspection take?

We do not rush our inspections. We take the time to be thorough and meticulous. We will spend at least 2.5 hours in the home, but it also depends on home size, age, and add-ons. We will give you a realistic window and keep you posted.

Do I need to be present?

Not required, but we recommend attending, at the least, the final 20-30 minutes for an in-person walkthrough.

When do I get the report?

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours. If constraints apply, such as late access, we will set expectations clearly.

Do you follow a standard of practice?

Yes. We follow state SOPs developed by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

What if issues are found?

We explain safety, function, and urgency. Then you choose repair, credit, or monitor with your agent’s guidance.

How do we meet for the complimentary post-inspection consultation?

If you choose to take advantage of this included service, we will send you and your realtor a link to a meeting space on Microsoft Teams.
